By accessing or using AI Influencer Blueprint at theaidude.co, including its public pages, account features, course workspace, lessons, and resources (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. Do not use the Service if you are under 18.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and for activity under your account. Tell us at heyaidude@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account in a way that creates security or access risks.
3. Educational service
AI Influencer Blueprint provides general educational information about creating and operating fictional AI-influencer projects. The material is not legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether any idea, tool, platform, or workflow is appropriate for your circumstances.
Examples, targets, case studies, and discussions of audience growth or income are illustrative only. We do not guarantee followers, platform approval, revenue, profitability, or any other result. Outcomes depend on your work, market conditions, platform rules, creative quality, and many other factors.
4. Responsible use
Some course material may discuss adult-oriented creator businesses as well as brand-safe alternatives. You remain solely responsible for complying with applicable law, age restrictions, platform policies, advertising rules, and the rights and consent of other people.
You may not use the Service to support or encourage:
- Sexual or exploitative content involving anyone under 18.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, harassment, or abuse.
- Impersonation, fraud, deception, or misuse of another person’s identity or likeness.
- Infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Malware, unauthorized access, interference with the Service, or attempts to bypass security.
- Any unlawful, harmful, or misleading activity.
You should clearly disclose synthetic or AI-generated media whenever law, platform policy, or context requires it.
5. Course content and rights
The Service and its course materials, videos, downloads, design, branding, and original text are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the material for your own learning.
You may not reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, publicly display, scrape, or create a competing course from substantial parts of the material unless you have written permission or the law expressly allows it. Product names, logos, and third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Third-party services
The Service may link to or rely on third-party products, creator platforms, AI tools, communities, hosting providers, authentication providers, and other websites. Their terms, policies, pricing, availability, and decisions are outside our control. A link or mention is not a guarantee, endorsement, or promise that a third party will approve your use.
When you use Google or Discord to sign in, your relationship with that provider is also governed by its terms and privacy policy.
7. Changes and availability
We may add, revise, replace, or remove course material and features as the Service develops. We may also change access options or introduce separate terms for future offerings. We do not promise that every feature, lesson, resource, or third-party integration will always be available.
We may pause access for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We will try to make the Service useful and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account deletion, email heyaidude@gmail.com.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, respond to legal requirements, address security risks, or enforce these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including those concerning content rights, disclaimers, and liability—will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any guarantee of results. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or third-party platform decisions arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
10. Updates and contact
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. If a change is material, we may also provide notice through the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using the Service.
