Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to AI Influencer Blueprint at theaidude.co, including its public pages, account features, and course workspace (together, the “Service”). It does not govern third-party websites or services that have their own privacy practices.

2. Information we collect

Account and sign-in information

When you create an account with an email address, we process your email, password credential in protected form, account identifier, authentication status, and related security information. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not available to us in readable form.

If you continue with Google or Discord, we receive the information that provider makes available for authentication based on the permissions shown to you. This may include your provider account identifier, email address, display name, and profile image.

Technical and usage information

When you use the Service, we and the providers supporting it may process information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and diagnostic or security events.

Information you send us

If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and the contact details you use so we can respond.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and maintain sessions.
• Provide the website, course workspace, lessons, and downloadable resources.
• Send account confirmation, password reset, security, and service messages.
• Understand site performance and improve reliability and usability.
• Prevent abuse, investigate security issues, and enforce our Terms.
• Respond to questions, privacy requests, and legal obligations.

Depending on the context and applicable law, these activities rely on performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Service, your consent, or compliance with legal obligations.

4. Google user data

Google Sign-In is used only to let you create or access your AI Influencer Blueprint account. We use the Google user data returned through this flow to identify your account, sign you in, display basic account information, and keep the account secure.

We do not use Google Sign-In to access your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or other Google content. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. It is shared only with service providers that process data for the purposes described in this policy, when required by law, or when you direct us to share it.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Service uses essential cookies and similar storage to maintain secure Supabase authentication sessions and remember necessary account state. Blocking these technologies may prevent sign-in from working correctly.

We also use Google Analytics to understand visits and site performance. Google Analytics may receive page-view, session, device, referral, and approximate-location information and may set or read analytics cookies. You can limit cookies using your browser settings. Google also provides information about its privacy practices and controls on its own websites.

6. When information is shared

We use a limited set of providers to run the Service:

• Supabase for account authentication and database services.
• Vercel for website hosting and delivery.
• Cloudflare R2 for private course video and resource delivery.
• Google and Discord when you choose their sign-in option.
• Google Analytics for website usage measurement.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the Service, investigate misuse, or respond to a valid legal request. We do not sell personal information.

Providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where applicable, cross-border transfers are handled using legally recognized safeguards.

7. Retention and security

Account information is generally kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or backup recovery. Analytics, diagnostic, and provider records may follow the retention settings of the service that processes them.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including managed authentication and restricted server credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and protect your sign-in methods.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal information. You may also be able to withdraw consent and complain to your local data protection authority.

To request account or data deletion, or to make another privacy request, email heyaidude@gmail.com. When possible, write from the email connected to your account. We may ask for information needed to verify the request. Some information may remain in backups, security records, or records we must retain by law.

9. Age requirement

The Service is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the Service, its providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
